I just started using this - every two to three nights before bed and then wash out in morning. I will say - I am seeing some baby hair growth around my hairline- as my temple area was receding like crazy. I love that it has natural ingredients in it. As I am a perimenopause woman with a number of autoimmune diseases. I am doing everything I can to keep a full head of hair. So far soo good! Highly recommend! It does make my roots/ hair oily - which is why I use at nighttime.
